She came in, and of course she needed a screen we didn't have in stock. We removed her screen, got the part number, and ordered a replacement screen with overnight delivery. The screen came in the next day, and we installed it. Everything worked fine. When we called her she was thrilled. She was leaving the next day, and would have her laptop to use in the mean time.
When she came in she was carrying two bags of chocolate bars that were so big she could hardly lift them. She said she was the rep for "a large chocolate company" for ASIA and gave us the two huge bags of samples. Let's just say she was very pleased. It took almost two months to eat all of that chocolate.
