MacBook Repair Seattle / Seattle Laptop has an incredible amount of experience related to repairing laptops, computers, and MacBooks. Since we have completed tens of thousands of repairs, we have seen most common problems repeatedly, and when a customer comes in with a problem, we will in most cases have a pretty good idea what the problem is, even if it is not obvious. This comes from experience. One of the things we notice is there are a lot of customers who come in with their laptop or MacBook and tell us "some other store" or the manufacturer's company store did the "diagnosis" and they told them what the problem was.
When we check the laptop we know what they said is probably wrong. Diagnosing MacBook problems without actually doing the repair, or disassembly is difficult, or practically impossible. How do we tell a customer that the problem they think they have is probably not the problem. In many cases it takes a bit of time to figure out exactly what the problem is, and there is no way a 10 minute appointment can properly diagnose all the issues a customer may be experiencing.
In some cases we will need to repair one part, such as a motherboard, or logicboard, before we can test a keyboard or screen. Proper diagnostics is difficult, but with our extensive experience repairing MacBooks, laptops, desktops, or iMacs we can usually call it right saving our customers time, and frustration.
