MacBook Repair Seattle / Seattle Laptop offers free MacBook repair consulting. Not only is our consulting service free, you don't need an appointment for an assessment. If your Mac is having problems just bring it into our store during normal business hours, show us the problem, and we can discuss repair options. Once we see your machine, we will in most cases have a pretty good idea of what the costs will be for repair. We can then discuss whether or not repairing your Mac is the best thing to do, or possibly replacing it may work better.

Our consulting service is free. You will not be charged for our initial check, and in some cases a problem is not too difficult to fix, and we will simply fix it on the spot. When we do our initial check, one of the things we look for is how much wear, and case damage your MacBook has. If your machine has been heavily used, or has been dropped a couple times, and it looks like the repair may be expensive we may recommend replacing the laptop, instead of repairing it. The last thing we want is to fix a customer's heavily used MacBook and then a short time later, have them bring it back with a different problem. We call 'em as we see'em. Our goal is to offer the best advice, and the most service options for repairing a customer's Mac. From new parts to used, or refurbished parts. From simply replacing bad parts, to upgrading things like hard drives, we have a wide range of options when it comes to serving our customer's needs.
