MacBook Fan Repair Information
After years of use the fan cooling your MacBook will most likely fail. The good news is replacing a bad, or loud MacBook fan is not all that difficult, or expensive. Some models of Macs have more than one internal fan and we normally replace both when we do a fan service job on these laptops. If your fan is loud, or you think it has stopped working let us know, or bring in your MacBook so we can check it. Sometimes we find the fan is simply blocked, or stuck because of an obstruction, and does not need replaced. We just simply clean it while our customer waits.
