All MacBooks sold at Seattle Laptop have at least a 30 day warranty for manufacturer's defects. Some of our newer Apples come with AppleCare, and they are displayed with the length of the Apple Care warranty. If someone purchases a MacBook from Seattle Laptop and it has a problem after the warranty expires, we will still do all we can to help.
We wish every laptop or MacBook we sold lasted for years, but that is not always the case. We try to do all we can to help our customers with MacBook problems even after their warranty has expired. The fact that someone purchased a MacBook from us, and it had problems means we need to do all we can to get them back up and running for an affordable price. The fact is we care, and will do whatever it takes to provide real service, and real value even if a customer has a problem.
All kinds of things can go wrong with MacBooks and iMacs from power surges, to browsers taken over by viruses, liquid damage, and impact damage. We will do all we can to help if your purchased your MacBook, iMac, or Power Mac from us. You can count on it.
